1. Product Description
This product is a carbon-neutral series of high-dispersion silica prepared by a special carbon dioxide precipitation process using straw, rice husk or sour alkali as raw materials. It is a white, non-toxic, amorphous fine powder or Microbeads, this product has an important inorganic silicon compound with excellent properties such as porosity, high dispersibility, light weight, good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, non-combustion, and good electrical insulation.
2. Functions and Applications
In the production process of this product, by accurately adjusting the aggregate particle size and basic particle size of the white carbon black, the products HDS-115, HDS-165, and HDS-200 obtained integrate high dispersibility, high reinforcement, and low hysteresis. It is a new generation of highly dispersed silica. HDS series products have a unique structure and can be applied to engineering tires, high-end car tires, high-end daily chemicals, food additives and other products. After being filled with rubber, this product can be applied to all-steel and semi-steel radial tires, and the number of fillings is 10-120.
3. Package and Storage
Package: the inner is polyethylene (PE) bag, and the outer is paper-plastic composite bag.
Weight: net weight is 20±0.25 kg; or ton bags can be used to meet customers’ needs.
Storage: it should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated indoor space which is away from fire and moisture. Handle it with care to keep the package intact during loading and unloading.
